You've tried the physio. The adjustments. The massages that felt great for a day and wore off by Thursday. You're not here because you haven't tried hard enough — you're here because what you've tried hasn't gone far enough.
Breakthrough Pain Relief Clinic offers something different. Treatment that finds the source, works with your whole body, and delivers relief that actually lasts.
You wake up stiff most mornings and spend the first hour just getting your body to cooperate.
You've modified your workouts, your sleep position, the way you play your kids — and the pain is still there.
Your GP called it stress or aging. Your physio helped for a few weeks. You've had more massages than you can count. And you're starting to wonder if this is just how you're going to feel from now on.
It isn't. And you shouldn't have to accept it.
Most treatment addresses where it hurts. The Breakthrough Session addresses why it keeps coming back — the patterns in your nervous system, your movement habits, and your body's holding tension that standard bodywork never quite reaches.
Sessions are mat-based and fully clothed. You and Crystal work together through movement,
compression, and assisted stretching — with more range, more precision, and more depth than a table allows.
Clients regularly describe feeling better than they have in years — not for a day, but for weeks. They come back not because the relief wore off, but because they want more of it.
An assessment-driven, mat-based pain relief session that brings together pain science, Thai-influenced bodywork, and movement-based techniques — in one continuous treatment designed to find what's actually causing your pain and change it.
Every session begins with a real conversation about your body, your history, and what you want to get back to. Then we get to work — together.
Sessions run 90 to 120 minutes. Long enough to assess properly. Long enough to treat meaningfully. Long enough for your body to begin to shift.
This is an interactive treatment. You'll give feedback throughout, and occasionally take an active role in your own care. Your participation is part of what makes it work.
Suitable for:
"I have had chronic lower back pain for seven years. I have seen chiropractors, done two rounds of physio, and tried acupuncture. After two sessions with Crystal I slept through the night for the first time in longer than I can remember. I kept waiting for it to wear off. It hasn't." — Cathy
I've been a Registered Massage Therapist for nearly 15 years. I know what standard treatment does well — and I know exactly where it falls short, because I felt it myself.
Thai-influenced, mat-based bodywork gave me over a week of relief where traditional massage gave me a day. I spent years training to understand why — and how to share that with the women who deserve better than "just manage it."
I work with women who are done accepting pain as part of their story. If that's you, I'd love to help.

1. Book your session Choose your session length and a time that works for your week. Fill your forms out in advance — or we can handle everything when you arrive. |
|
2. We talk first Every session starts with a real conversation. Your history, your pain, what you want to get back to. This isn't small talk — it's how we make sure every minute of your session is working for you. |
|
3. We get to work Fully clothed, on the mat, together. By the time you leave you'll know exactly what we found, what we addressed, and what comes next. |
Crystal writes regularly about chronic pain, how the body actually works, and why standard approaches often fall short. If you're the kind of person who wants to understand what's happening in your body before you book — start here.
The morning you can pick up your kids without bracing for it. The hike you stopped booking because you weren't sure your body would cooperate. The sleep you've been missing for longer than you can remember.
That's what we're working toward.
